Terms & Conditions

This is a private information service, not a Dallas County or Arkansas government agency. Use of the site means acceptance of these terms.

Permitted Use

Use the service only for lawful personal and informational purposes. Do not disrupt the site, evade technical controls, scrape at harmful volume, impersonate another person, submit unlawful material, or use information to threaten, harass, stalk, discriminate against, or harm anyone. Access may be limited or revoked when these terms are violated.

FCRA Restriction

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Its information must not be used to decide credit, employment, housing or tenancy, insurance, or any other eligibility matter regulated by the FCRA. Users are responsible for knowing and following all laws that apply to their intended use.

Outside Links and Services

Links may lead to the Dallas County sheriff, Arkansas agencies, courts, search providers, news sources, or other operators. A link is offered for reference and is not an endorsement. Outside operators control their own content, prices, availability, privacy rules, and results.

No Warranties

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties. Accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and freedom from error are not guaranteed. Verify custody, charges, release, and court outcomes with the government office that created the record.

Liability and Indemnification

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use, inability to use, reliance on content, or an outside service. You agree to indemnify and hold the operators harmless from claims, costs, and liabilities caused by your unlawful use or breach of these terms.

Ownership and Changes

Original text, organization, branding, and other site materials are owned by the operator or used with permission. Government records and third-party marks remain with their owners. These terms may change, and continued use after posting accepts the revision.

Arkansas Law

These terms are governed by Arkansas law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If one provision is held invalid, the remaining terms continue in force. Failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it.
